Works reliably and flawlessly.
Reliable, picks up sessions when remote reboots. Fast, sound works well. Can, in a pinch, remote with a phone! Not great but gets it done if you need to. I have this to help out my 91 and 89 year old mothers, my 76 year old friend, my special needs family, and me. I and my family and friends count on me, and I count on TeamViewer. I don't use any features other than remote control and sometimes file transfer.

Now I'm 70 years old
Now I'm 70 years old. I like to work with my PC, but - if I get some problems - I always need help. And I'm so happy that one of my children can help and that this programm gives them the possibility to do this from their home.... Thank you!!
