GREAT! Easy to use, even better, they allow you to use the most basic functions without a paid subscription. If you are conducting any sort of business, you may want to purchase the more advanced options.

Really easy to use once set up as "host…
Really easy to use once set up as "host service" on elderly relative's computer, and carried out a couple of "dry runs" during a visit. Comforting to know that I can help out without her having to remember what to do, in order to allow or initiate a session. Gamechanger.
