initial issues, great service now.
Initially we had some problems, as they thought we were using TeamViewer commercially, but now that that is all solved, teamviewer is fantastic! our family vps host blocks remote desktop, so this is a nice work around.

It's a great program and I've been using it for years. However, I would be very happy if there was a charity version of it, because I use it exclusively to help the elderly and disadvantaged people, completely free of charge.
