Easy to help a non tech savvy person set up for support
It was super simple to get mom to download the program, and get connected to help her fix the PC. Easy website to navigate, easy instructions, very intuitive... Great product!

This product is so great for working remotely to my brother's home PC. I can even help him troubleshoot computer problems, not just help and do his bookkeeping tasks for him on his office software.
