Easy to use.
I use TeamViewer for home use to maintain my partners PC as well as monitor our security camera's which run off the same PC from my PC on a different floor of our home. It is a great program that is easy to use and I love that it is free provided you are not using it in a commercial setting, which is nice for people who only use it for their own PC's such as myself.
