I connected to my brother's computer and made a seamless repair.
I was able to connect to my brother's computer, uninstall a damaged application, and reinstall it without any problem. The process was as easy as it would have been if I had been at his home some 1,000 miles away. I do not have anything negative to say about the way TeamViewer worked.

Good product
Good product. It displays the desktop fairly quickly, which is a plus. The only thing that doesn't work is the CTRL+WIN+right/left keyboard shortcut to go to the next windows desktop. Everything else works as it should.

I think Teamviewer is the best remote software, ease of use and setup is fantastic. I did have a issue with the software thinking i was using in a commercial setting which i'm not but support sorted it out.
