Team Viewer is a Godsend
My girlfriend lives a couple hours away and is lacking in computer skills. Team Viewer is a Godsend for me so I don't have to spend hours on the road.

Great service by the teamviewer team
Great service by the teamviewer team. I just use it to help out my Family and grandparents. Every so often the program just offers me a 5 minute access time but they made it easy enough to reset this at teamviewer dot com/reset

Easy configuration on linux debian
For home use I have to connect to a linux system that is upstairs when workin on a windows system downstairs. Config was much easier than other tools I tried

Thanks to what Teamviewer is offering
Thanks to what Teamviewer is offering, I'm able to help my old parents with problems on their Desktop what we use to communicate, as we live far from them. They use to get alarmed whenever a Windows message is showing on the screen, or an antivirus is warning them to not go to a website.. it's a confort for them that they can call me and then I connect through Teamviewer and solve whatever it's alarming them.
