Helping me help my mum!
This is a very useful tool to help me connect and help my elderly mum who lives overseas with many things on her laptop. I had a recent glitch where I was flagged for "Commercial Use" after logging into a specific website for her TV subscription. This was however quickly rectified via the TeamViewer admin, for which I am very grateful.

Great product, great support
The TeamViewer team fixed my "free for private use" issue in less than 24 hours. On the technical side, TeamViewer always works flawlessly. Thanks to that, I can support my mom's computer without having to drive 90 minutes to get there...
