I use it for helping my elderly family…
I use it for helping my elderly family with everything from opening an email, signing tax forms electronically, to updating their virus software. It saves me from driving all over the place or sitting on the phone for hours trying to explain something they don't understand and won't remember. Occasionally it even helps me help a computer illiterate friend. Thank you!
