My client is 800 km and it is so helpful to use Teamviewer to assist them in 10 minutes rather than driving all the way.

Almost No Lag from the Remote Desktop
The response time from the remote was almost immediate. I use Teamviewer to control a remote ham radio. Slow response time makes it unusable, but it felt like I was sitting right at the radio controls this time.

WORKS! EASY!
the fact that they let you use it for free is AWESOME. i already had remote software, but it was shutoff, 30 seconds later using teamviewer & I was in. Easy to have a friend or family member click on a link, read off the id & pass and youre in!!
