Excellent For the Family's Designated IT Guru
I come from an IT profession, and as such, am called upon by family and friends to perform free tech support for them (unrelated to my job) quite often. This product enables me to guide the less tech-savvy members of my family through their various IT needs, without making me drive 30 miles to their home.

Once you get past the registering piece.
The whole creating an account, verifying email etc. was a pain in the ass but after that it was great. Clear, no lagging, easy to use.
