Excellent product that I've used for many years now to remotely assist family members with computer issues. I just hope they will still offer a free version for non business users.

I only use TeamViewer to do tech…
I only use TeamViewer to do tech support with my 80 year old mother (although, she's quite tech savvy for her age). Normally, everything works great, but many times recently, the program kept saying that I was using it professionally, when I wasn't. It took me weeks to figure out a solution. The problems seemed to coincide with the new interface, but I wouldn't swear by it. Since then, it's been mostly smooth sailing. Thank you!!
