TeamViewer is indispensable for assisting older sister
TeamViewer has allowed me to assist my 80+ year old sister with computer related questions. In my opinion it is indispensable. Talking a computer novice through an issue just over the phone is painful, horribly slow and frustrating. With TeamViewer I can remotely show her what to do.
