I'm an IT professional who works for a University. They chose another remote access to help our clients, but I still love using TeamViewer for my parents. Your product is a great tool for assists others their PC issues.
I'm using your product to help my parents with their computer issues. When something is wrong with their PC, I remotely access their PC and try to assist them in fixing their PC problems.
