TeamViewer is a lifesaver for the elderly people I help.
I often help three elderly people with their computer issues, confusions and complications. I use TeamViewer to access their computers remotely and usually solve their issues within minutes. Their panic is replaced with relief. It would be impossible for me to jump in the car and drive lengthy distances to solve their simple problems. I literally would not be able to help them without TeamViewer.
