Reliable
Sometimes, you might forget to do one last thing at work and teamviewer comes through in a bind. I've used it periodically over the years and it's never failed. Yeah...there are others i.e. log me in, anydesk, etc., but why fix it if it isn't broken?

Thanks for helping me help Mom
