I occasionally need to help family…
I occasionally need to help family members with computer questions and issues, they are scattered around the US and have varying degrees of tech ability but I can get all of them to load up TeamViewer! That gives me an easy, effective way of seeing / fixing their issues and minimizes my tech support time

Great program to help elderly people remotely
Extremely useful program to help my 81 year-old mother, who is 1,200km away and regularly needs to get "unstuck" when using her computer. I can take over remotely and help her finish her bookings, print her tickets, scan a document, etc. I am grateful that this app is still free for occasional use with friends and family!
