Great App, however...

I think the app is great however have doubts about the company. Paid for a yearly version for a couple of teams and in the middle of the season, advertisements started showing up on all devices of our team members (in the app). That's not what why we paid a yearly fee for. Really makes me wonder what's next... maybe calls/txt/emails to our members? If your company doesn't make enough money from the yearly fee's, increase it if needed or at least give people the option too get rid of them ...

It's OK - but not good.

well, it provides good services but I feel 'nickled and dimed' to death. you can have this service or that service IF you pay an larger fee... It should be a flat fee. the ability to put stats in -if you pay for it - is laborious - but may be worth it to some.... but you have to have great books to get there. It allows me to communicate with the team... and that's good. so - there's that. Expensive for what it provides - and customer service ONCE you get through to them is pretty good.

Great design, some frustrating performance issues.

The app performance on android can be very frustrating. Sometimes it freezes. Overall, I love the concept and the design. Performance has to become more reliable and consistent in order for me to increase my rating

App needs to be more reliable and stable.

Been using Teamsnap for 3 years now. Lots of glitches with the app which makes it hard to get the team to use it consistently. App freezes often on Android and Apple phones. Tech support is very fast with requests however would really like to see the app be more responsive and reliable.

Love the mission and the service

Three stars which could easily turn into five with a few tweaks. On the plus side: Love the mission and the service, I could not live without this app. The main features do the job. On the minus side: 1. Both the website and the app are really slow 2. On my iphone I am regularly forced to enter manually login and password every time I open the app, which is sometimes several times a day. No other app I use or have used behave this way 3. Navigation in the app could be better. The main ...

I have to have two apps.... teamsnap sets my schedule and then i use the gamechanger app to keep score and active stats, and it has a live action for people to follow along with games. If teamsnap had this, 5 stars no doubt.

Attempted fixes broke it...

The app has become more stable over the last year which is a plus. But the adding of features has slowed it down. Most frustrating is the fact that even though we're premium paid users we still get ads. After 2 months of the new "marketplace" we still see that popup everytime we use the web app and that's gotten really old. The mail handler especially of attachments was revamped months ago and I think it was a negative change to the end users.
