Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Takes forever to get an answer and reps seem to always take the easy way out with their answers. Service used to be much better when you could actually talk to someone.

Transferring funds from invoices

You should have the option to transfer the funds on file as needed instead of waiting for the app to do so at its convenience. This would allow the teams to place needed orders on their timelines. Otherwise you are holding them up when parents pay late.

Great for Robotics Teams!

My organization has been using TeamSnap to coordinate multiple competitive robotics teams for K-12 students. We love it - it helps reduce the administrative burden so we can focus on our students and our projects.
