Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Takes forever to get an answer and reps seem to always take the easy way out with their answers. Service used to be much better when you could actually talk to someone.

Great communication tool!

Team Snap is such a great way to communicate with my team. It is pretty easy to input game and practice information and to make changes, too. The "availability" tab is very helpful to let the coaches know who is or isn't going to be at certain games.

Manager of 5 teams

Manager of 5 teams! The web version has some features that aren't available on the app, like the ability to add attachments to emails and formatting. And it's a little slow transitioning between tabs. I need a little more flexibility in recurring events...like allowing for you to select multiple days on a weekly schedule ...

Great for Robotics Teams!

My organization has been using TeamSnap to coordinate multiple competitive robotics teams for K-12 students. We love it - it helps reduce the administrative burden so we can focus on our students and our projects.
