I communicate with my team quickly.
I communicate with my team quickly.. easy.. so I can do it often right from my phone.. love it!! I don’t even use all the cool stuff they offer because of the nature of my sport.. We are karate,so it’s all individual competition.. but team snap changed my life!

TeamSnap keeps the team Synchronized
Our synchronized swimming team has been using TeamSnap for over a year and we are extremely satisfied with options provided by the app. The TeamSnap app is easy to use and provides our team with everything we need to keep our participants up to date and informed about activities.

Attempted fixes broke it...
The app has become more stable over the last year which is a plus. But the adding of features has slowed it down. Most frustrating is the fact that even though we're premium paid users we still get ads. After 2 months of the new "marketplace" we still see that popup everytime we use the web app and that's gotten really old. The mail handler especially of attachments was revamped months ago and I think it was a negative change to the end users.

Great App & Great People!
TeamSnap is easy to use and has allowed me to be extremely effective in team/parent communication, organization, and coordination. Further, the customer service I’ve experienced is best in class. I’ve not had any issues (just questions) and each time the team has been extremely personal, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great tool for managing multiple teams
I currently manage and coordinate for several volleyball teams, including club, high school, and rec league. The requirements of each is slightly different, and TeamSnap provides what I need to efficiently manage all of them. The staff at TeamSnap has always been responsive to any questions I've had, and they have also been responsive to new feature requests.
