App needs to be more reliable and stable.

Been using Teamsnap for 3 years now. Lots of glitches with the app which makes it hard to get the team to use it consistently. App freezes often on Android and Apple phones. Tech support is very fast with requests however would really like to see the app be more responsive and reliable.

Three stars which could easily turn into five with a few tweaks. On the plus side: Love the mission and the service, I could not live without this app. The main features do the job. On the minus side: 1. Both the website and the app are really slow 2. On my iphone I am regularly forced to enter manually login and password every time I open the app, which is sometimes several times a day. No other app I use or have used behave this way 3. I have to have two apps...

I have to have two apps.... teamsnap sets my schedule and then i use the gamechanger app to keep score and active stats, and it has a live action for people to follow along with games. If teamsnap had this, 5 stars no doubt.

I don't expect a paid service should have ads. Fact that you added unannounced seems deceitful and underhanded.

Example: when entering score on live event it should automatically prompt you with the players name to keep track of goal scoring. it should allow you to search for players on the roster it should have flexibility on the app security such as: allow you to block others from receiving text or email without having the need to delete that member it should allow you to change the theme colors it should have reminders (a sound or txt ...

The Teamsnap website experience is average and has changed little over the past few years that I have used it. I have sent emails to support with suggestions on how they can improve the experience. As a software engineer, some of these improvements to me are very minor and could be implemented easily. Yet nothing has been done. So while I continue to use it because it is really the only option out there, I would love to see some changes.
