Makes my life easy
Teamsnap really makes my life as a team manager easy. It takes away me having to remember to track who is coming, and to remind them. Payments are easy to record, and everything is transparent. My only wish is that there was a way to only invite certain players to events versus the entire team. For example for sub committee meetings or practices that may just be for pitchers.

Can't store time in team stats
Can't store time in team stats. Can't CC in messages, if I want to to CC, i have to put them in the main "To" line and people are confused if the message is intended for them or not. Difficult to set up roster so parents and players have correct info and are contacted correctly. Other frustrations, continue to use because team has invested time in setting up.

Great Tool for Sports Teams
This is a great tool. We've used it for our lacrosse clubs for nearly 10 years. The ONLY detail I wish they'd fix is their email editor. The extra spaces inserted when copying in content (i.e. a Word doc) is annoying.

I don't know where I would be without this App. From scheduling, to availability to urgent messages, it is hands down the best app available for running a team.

Not happy with the changes for 2018
Not happy with the changes for 2018. Customer service is no help either! I have been a Customer since 2013 and this will be my last year.

Straight Forward Website to Keep Your Team Informed
The website is simple and straight forward to use from both a participant as well as an administrator perspective. You can customize it as you need to and it provides a great conduit to communicating with your team, not only on a seasonal basis, but also on the fly at tournaments or during playoffs.
