Great app but
Great app but, they just started with ads on the mobile app. I pay $90 a year. I don't want ads when I pay.

I love TeamSnap as a parent and team manager. My only issue is that I can't MAKE parents use it. 😂

Would be lost without TeamSnap
Been using this for last 4 years. Great app. Helps new players find fields. Keeps track of availability so you know your numbers for practices and games.

Very good communication system
Overall a very good platform to communicate with your team. Some new features could use tweaking, but they keep improving. I have used it for about 5 years now and it improves every year.

Great but missing some key features for me.
Teamsnap is a great tool, but is missing a couple of features that would simplify team management for my adult hockey team. 1) roster management - I need to be able to activate and deactivate players with deleting their profile. Some players do not play through all seasons. 2) part-timers/spares - I need to be able to distinguish full time players from part timers and spares.

I would recommend if you can private to coaches and managers only who will be going to games. All in all it is an easy and good product to drive.

Need to better integrate support across all products
Need to better integrate support for all your products, teams, clubs and tournaments. The help page is a bit confusing when I try to find support for an issue with Tournaments. I love the community area with helpful hints etc, it would be great to see you connect with Positive Coaching Alliance to get some big name connection going.
