Keeps team communication and scheduling organized in one place.
Manages rosters, events, and group discussions without switching tools.

Gives all team members a single place to find schedules and announcements.
Support response times are slow and there is no phone contact option.
Cancelling subscriptions is difficult, leading to billing frustrations.

Great, but need to be able to schedule events for some players only.
I love TeamSnap. That said, I have been asking for one thing for a few years now. The ability to plan an event that is only relevant to some of the team. Also, entering in stats is kind of annoying. It shouldn't default to "did not play" if you leave blank.

Team Snap is our go-to team scheduling…
Team Snap is our go-to team scheduling site. The biggest improvements I would like to see are related to the Ap -- (1) ability to send out availability reminders and (2) ability to see "My Full Schedule". Customer service has always been really helpful!!

TeamSnap is the best tool I have found…
TeamSnap is the best tool I have found for organizing and managing a team sport. The availability feature is a simple and clear way of knowing who is coming to an event or game. TeamSnap has great functionality and is easy to use.

Website is great
Website is great. App does not have all the option the website does. Also when you delete a player after the quit it is difficult to disconnect that players phone calendar. After deletion they still continue to get calendar updates unless the player stops it themselves.

Teamsnap is a great way to reach your team
Teamsnap is a great way to reach your team. There should be numbers that appear when there are notifications though (as in all other social media apps) - also, a way to send notifications though payment screens.

Please can matches and events get…
Please can matches and events get automatically updated in to your calendar. So when you click on something, it takes the matches or other events for the team and populates them in your calendar - this would be so helpful....
