Great program and company to deal with

Great program and company to deal with. I use TeamSnap to manage our fire department hockey team and our bagpipe band uses it for band events and business. The sports side works wonderful overall. The non-sports site works good also. There are a few things that could be reworked for the non sports groups but they seem to make improvements pretty regularly.

Really helps streamline team management. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating is the inability to edit the roster en masse. It would be incredibly helpful to select multiple players at the beginning of a season and change their status to "non-players" and vice versa. Instead, you have to go in and do that one-by-one. Over all I have had a great experience…

Over all I have had a great experience with TeamSnap. The only snag is when they went from text messages directly to cell phones to "Alerts". Not all my parents receive the Alerts depending on how they have their push notification set. The problem is that I don't want to have to communicate with each parent to "turn on their notification". Some of my parents speak limited English. I preferred TeamSnap when they just sent out text messages.

Been using TeamSnap for years and years. It's a very solid tool and I wouldn't use anything else. I do feel like improvements are very small and incremental, and TeamSnap is really due to launch a major improvement to their offering.

Perfect Soccer manager app!

I love using Teamsnap bc it allows me to manage all my teams in one spot...from ease of use and collecting monies...sending messages or emails!! So super easy!! The only reason I haven't issued 5 stars is bc there are a few things I haven't figured out yet and I know there may he an online manual that I may need to get first...
