now you get annoying popup ads with a paid subscription
Mostly I have found TeamSnap to be terrific which is why I was still paying to use it even though there are competing products that offer most of the same functions for free (just have to put up with ads). This year in the middle of a paid subscription TeamSnap just added annoying ads anyways. I got some BS from them about they need the revenue to pay the cost of providing the service- that's why I paid already! This was not a customer friendly change that they unilaterally made in the ...

Super app for mom of multi sport children
I love this app as I have three kids all in different sports and I’m able to see all schedules in one place. I love how easy it is to set up and to import people from one roster to another if needed. The option for photos is great since we have a few parents with good cameras who download pics of the teams in action where parents and athletes can download. The only thing is it’s got a bit of a delay to see each pic enlarged so takes awhile to look at them all. That’s on my mobile ...

Needs more customization
I can't customize for track and field. I alway have to enter our meets as events. Next, the app does not allow me to add a hyphen in the Jersey Number field. Track does not have Jersey numbers, but we have age divisions in USATF. I use the Jersey Number field for entering the age division (11-12, 13-14 etc.) I have to always make the adjustment through the website adding in an extra step when adding a new athlete to our roster. Last, you only have Notify your team as an option once you add ...

So far this is the best tool I have…
So far this is the best tool I have found to manage the multiple sports my kids play. It is user friendly and my parents are able to navigate through it pretty easily.

Good product overall
Good product overall, We have a team of about 40 that competes in 3 person squads and in several different disciplines. I would really like to be able to set up squads as groups.
