The app is not working anymore.
If you had asked me a few months ago I would’ve ranked it 5 stars. However my app no longer works and it just spins and spins and takes forever to get it to do what I am trying to get it to do. I’ve deleted it twice and updated it twice but I still can’t use the app. I am the team manager and I really need the app to work. Another person on the team says the same thing.

Giving it a 3 stars. The notify team button doesn't work properly. When I want to notify team it works , however when I don't want to notify team it still will go ahead and send out immediate notification. Sending a photo on team chat most times impossible as it closes APP. Everything else works great.

Ads are annoying
Overall good but then an entire clubs uses teamsnap and yet they still have ignoring ads is ridiculous.

Need to be able to make payments from App version
It is useful but lags a lot. Also, you cannot make payments from the app version (only the desktop) and this is EXTREMELY frustrating to my teams parents.

Disappointed that the prices on existing accounts
Disappointed that the prices increased even for existing accounts last year. I feel those prices should have been grandfathered in.. If the parents choose to stop paying for my 3 teams i will certainly consider moving to another App .. Besides that .. Its great

Hey TeamSnap could you add these features?
I have forgotten the other free tools I used before, they all fell short on availability or something else and were not worth free. Paying for this functionality is without a doubt worthwhile in better communicating to my adult sailing team and them back to me. Different people can choose to sail with me based on the event (how competitive it is, date, and location) and I can know if I have enough crew or too many. Avoid - look for alternatives
We use TeamSnap with a team of 45 student-athletes and their parents along with coaches and various volunteers. We pay for the $17.99/month Ultra plan (their highest/best). TeamSnap forces ads on my youth athletes and parents and refuses to provide an option for us to opt-out. When our youth logs in they will see adds in the User Interface and we have no choice about what they see. One of the ads says that "14 minute Bowflex workout is all you need"... what a shame.
