TeamSnap keeps getting better

I have been using Teamsnap for 4 years, with a gradually increasing complexity to the youth sports organization of my team. All 3 teams at the club now use it, to universal satisfaction of the parents of the kids.

Excellant

Excellant, customer service is great. However I wish they were available on the weekends, when most of us volunteers are putting in the hours.

Great, but...

Functionality-wise, it’s really good. Two major downsides though are having to pay on a credit card, and for those in the EU, a lack of GDPR compliance. Sadly, this means that by the end of May 2018 our organisation will have to stop using TeamSnap. You’re losing a loyal customer - we want to upgrade to add more team members but are being forced to change to another supplier due to lack of clarity over GDPR.

Really like TeamSnap for our HS…

Really like TeamSnap for our HS basketball teams. Would like to see better scheduling tools in regards to recurring appointments. We use TeamSnap for our freshmen, JV, and varsity teams. Most game nights, all 3 teams play the same opponent at the same location back to back to back. It would be helpful if there were a faster way of entering the games in the schedule other than entering each game in one at a time...same for practices.

Great Program!

I manage 3 teams on Team Snap - 2 with the free program and 1 with the full access. They both work equally well for their purposes. I love the availability feature on the paid program and now the added stats feature is a bonus. It is an amazing way to manage practices, games and tournaments.

Need more term options

I use teamsnap for a variety of different types of teams. I would like to see some more 'generic' term options like 'member' instead of player and a few other options for games/events etc.... My biggest issue with teamsnap is that it can be very slow at times with big teams/rosters.

WNY Flash Academy

I am the owner of 29 teams and 31 TeamSnap Accounts. I moved to the 'League' platform this year. I find it difficult to understand the structure and when to utilize teams or my league. I have Commisioners but really don't understand the purpose of them. Sometimes I need to update a non-player (Team Manager) with manager duties and the box to update doesn't appear. I'm sure I'm not utilizing your app to the best of it's abilities. I anticipate more teams next year and would love to better ...
