Excellent shared Gantt system Project management that works

What do you like best? An easy to use an intuitive system that I learned to use in less than an hour. Any initial problems were covered by the help videos and later more complex issues were handled by the TG team who responded to queries within a couple of hours each time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? By using Gantt charts, I look to get a comprehensive visual overview of what I am looking on, which deadlines I am facing and do so while investing as little time as possible in the Gantt chart itself.
