While many would have varied opinion on the traditional "waterfall" way, you don't need to think of it in such a manner. The dynamic tools and features in sorting tasks has made things quick in scanning team tasks. That keeps everyone in the loop. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Using TeamGantt enabled us to be up and running very quickly with our international partner.

What do you like best? Most of the features were intuitive to use and did not require reading documentation or training videos. The program allowed us to setup and track tasks, milestones, and owners. Dependencies between tasks were easy to see on the chart. The different views also proved to be very helpful. What do you like best? I like the combination of functionality and visual display of the projects. It’s super easy to simply export the latest status of the project with the milestones etc and bring to a meeting or screenshot into a PowerPoint - finally none of the over complicated excel project sheets.
