Tealium all around is very helpful, engaged and cares about the outcome.
What do you like best? It's robust, yet simple enough that you can get started right away. They have been eager to help with new features and creating helpful recommendations. The user interface is well organized and you can spend as little or as much time in it as you want, but you will see benefit to a thought out plan. What do you dislike? Strong platform, perhaps too complicated for average marketing team
What do you like best? Agnostic platform, easy to connect to most platforms, and keeps fairly updated. (Could be a bit quicker in keeping up with all of Facebook's constant updates). What do you like best? Being able to create actionable audiences based on valuable behaviours means that investment in CX and customer data experiences can be capitalised in an ever increasing number of ways.
