Great Flexibility, Good Connectivity
What do you like best? The ways I can define my own attributes and enhance my incoming data. It has a lot of data types that you can map. I really like the rules you can create to map incoming data to plain english descriptors so that many different users can benefit from the enrichments. What do you dislike? Lack of connection to Adobe services for email events. The current connector to ACS uses an older way of connecting to Adobe's API and it hasn't been useful to us. The ...

Was once cutting edge, but is starting to fall behind to the competition.
What do you like best? The ability to act on real time data on thousands of users to downstream vendors. What do you dislike? The lack of data enrichments that you can do. Everything is based on wizard based enrichments that only touch the basics of what you might want to do. You're mainly forced to update the data in TiQ and send the pre-enriched value into AudienceStream to avoid the frustration of that UI and lack of capabilities. I wish there was an integration between ...

Excellent Tool for a 360 view of Customer
What do you like best? The ability to understand a user across multiple domains including offline data is really powerful. The interface is easy to use and allows to launch projects quickly. I also have nothing but good things to say about the entire team at Tealium. Everyone from sales, onboarding, to support is fantastic and really cares about our business and success. What do you dislike? I wish testing across devices and browsers was easier. There use to be an extension in ...

AudienceStream is Awesome
What do you like best? Ease of use and the way it has allowed us to connect many disparate data sources to enable more granular segment and audience building. What do you dislike? Not being able to publish versions live to the site, we can only save as. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many siloed sources of data which would cause weeks of dev resources to build pipelines between the systems is not needed anymore. We can do ...

Audience stream is critical for connecting click stream data to marketing platforms
What do you like best? Audience stream allows us to create audience segments and to pass data into marketing and CRM platforms that drive leads and allow for personalized marketing What do you dislike? Occasionally a vendor is not in the connection marketplace. It would be nice to be able to create a folder structure for managing the inventory of event, visit and visitor attributes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Audience stream ...

AudienceStream - For digital marketeers and technologists
What do you like best? I like that we get to learn about customer behavior and can take specific actions, and adjust to what works and what doesn't. We use a customer first centric approach to everything we do so this is a powerful tool for us. Thank you Tealium. What do you dislike? The one thing I'd like to see is Tealium do more on is AMP. There are workarounds (iframe) - not preferred so I'd like to see Tealium innovate on this front and catch up with GTM. I know it's on the ...

Easy to Use, Easy to Access Daa
What do you like best? I like that the user interface for defining audiences, enriching data, and actioning on the data is intuitive and easy to use. They just launched a redesign and it is even better now. What do you dislike? No real problem areas, it works great for us. There was a brief bug where the audience connector to Facebook wasn't working as expected, but that has since been resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

Very powerful CDP
What do you like best? Tealium is able to connect many systems which allow you to orchestrate your customers journey. What do you dislike?
