"Great for Small Business"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? User interface is friendly. Information is easy to find. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Being a large company, the reporting functions are not user friendly, and the system has limitations when multiple classes of employees are involved. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Employees are able to easily clock in all around campus and we can see all funtions in real time.

Its very simple to navigate and allows emplyees to see their totals and where they maybe messed up so that leaves less work on the human resources end. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP customer service is quick to respond, however I have received answers for my questions or why something isn't doing what it should and the answer is always "you have to pay more for that." "Good product, good people, not enough people"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Quite a wide variety of features, very helpful when working directly over the phone with a support person. Also very helpful account management when working directly with them (over the phone for example). What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The response time and likelihood of response from an account manager is not very good. I attribute this to understaffing or poor management in that area. Also, the tools to get support through ...

"TCP - Streamlines payroll."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? So easy to manage our winery/tasting room crews! My payroll processing is so streamlined with TCP. Customer Service Reps are upbeat and so helpful! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Not sure I have discovered a downside! A big fan of TCP. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Timeclock plus is efficient and effective in its functionality. The platform is easy to understand and to utilitze. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? If I could make a suggestion I would like to see the Holiday element have more functionality in regards to assigning employee groups. The column for listing employees needs to be wider so that the entire name is visible. I was told this was to be corrected, and then informed probably not. The program does not always list all of the employees, possibly because of our size. It used to list everyone, but changed after the update. Also, too many ...
