What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I have been using TCP for approximately 2 years. This product is easy to use. When emplementated, the trainer was patient and explained thoroughly. Their customer support department is easily accessed and uses questions as a training opportunity. There are a number of features offered and our company utilizes the majority of these. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The system is easy to log in and clock hours. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I wish there were package options. We only use part of the system, but we have to pay for use of the entire software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to keep up with some employees hours and this system is great for that.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is pretty user friendly. I like that there is a mobile app that provides ease of access to those not at a desk. When I am stumped on an issue, I like being able to access the knowledge based help guides that include screen shots. When reaching out for help, I love having the chat capability. "Mostly good, but some spotty areas."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It keeps good information about employee clock in time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is unstable and sometimes frustration to log in and out with geofencing. I would sometimes be in the middle of the geofence area and it would still give me an error message that I am in within the geofence zone. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly time and attendance of employees

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The most helpful thing about TCP is the job and cost code tracking. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It can be a little difficult to navigate at first. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Time tracking.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like the ease of use and the fact my employees know and trust the software. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer service can be a bit tricky, but the software itself, once in place and set up properly, is good for employees. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Some of the job codes, or features like Cost Centers, we didn't desire were creating issues for employees.

Have had some technical issues. Updates make it unusable during the length of time of the update. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintains accurate attendance records, and time records.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Very easy to navigate, user friendly as well. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Have to do a lot of work arounds. Sometimes it is not clear cut to do complicated tasks. Reporting could use improvement as well, but overall it is a good system. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Currently they added the ability to track temporary workers as well, and this has been a fantastic added feature.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like that when we have questions we have support right away. I like the features that TCP has that allows us to preset holidays. I like how we can view and track comp time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Sometimes understanding the features and how to operate can be daunting.
