"Loving TCP for a very long time!"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ease and convenience of accessing the cloud-based system on any device and at any time outside of office hours. I also do enjoy speaking with their tech support when I find a function to be challenging or need to be reminded as to where to find certain reports. There staff are friendly and welcoming. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP has made the time clock portion of my job so much easier! Keeping track of my employees' attendance, hours, and time-off requests used to be time-consuming and, quite frankly, incomplete. With TCP it's all done for me and is presented clearly in one place. "TCP works great for support staff time keeping"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like that there is no paper timesheets to keep track of. TCP is web-based so no special maintenance on my end. TCP integrates smoothly with the financial software so that there is minimal manual entering for me to do. Supervisors can approve time from their desktop or laptop. Employees are allowed to clock in with their phones but the security features with TCP allow phone clock ins only on our school WiFi to keep employees honest. Those ...

Subscription format compared to the purchase of software. Recommendations to others considering TCP TimeClock Plus: I wouldn't recommend allowing phone usage What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to network as I phase out my local servers. Reports are easily customized.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer service has always been very responsive, the kiosk functions very well for our staff, What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would like to be able to customize reports a little more, What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a new time clock system, TCP was easy to implement quickly and was easy for staff to adapt to.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nothing. The system is clunky, hard to implement and administer. TCP then refused to work fairly with us to terminate, pointing to fine print that we were obligated for the full cost of renewal for another whole year. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP allowed us to simplify several processes. We were manually entering "overtime" for employees and tracking absences was a nightmare! School Districts do things differently than the private sector and TCP has been very accommodating to our processes! What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Since I handle all of our time keeping, it is convenient that TCP can be accessed anywhere. However, TCP offers our organization to limit who can access what from where. The question option that TCP added during COVID is excellent and very easy to use.
