What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? That there is an app and it has GPS restrict capability. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The automated reports only work occasionally and nobody can explain to me why. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Users can log in and see only there people.

"TCP+ is very helpful for payroll"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love that I don't have to be sure that employees are filling out their timecards and having to track them down. It's easy for employees to log in and clock in and out. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We don't need all of the features and sometimes it feels complicated to just be sure that all the boxes are checked correctly. Also, can be hard getting people logged into the mobile app at first. "Very customizable and intuitive"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP has been able to be adapted to all of our different agencies in our county. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? You can't close "pay periods" instead you must close weeks.We run payroll semi-monthly so that leaves weeks open when the pay period ends in the middle of a week. "Need Support and more intuitive design"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The price is what attracted the company to purchase this. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There is ZERO support once the program is sold to you. If it doesn't work as-is out of the box, you will spend more customizing it than it is worth. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We dislike that there are not PDFs on how to do reports or why a particular report would be ran. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? "Cut workload and am more accurate."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP TimeClock Plus has allowed me to cut my workload. No more having to get timesheets out and verify that staff came in. Team member is responsible for communicating with me if they failed to clock in or had any problems. The GeoFence is awesome!! More accountability and accuracy are what I like. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like the options of seeing daily, weekly or individual schedules. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would like the ability to add availability to each individual, add requested days off, and ways to see a person's hours for that week as you are adding them to the schedule. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is nice to have the ability to put a whole schedule on one page when printing.
