What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love the customer service with TCP. Anytime I reach out I know someone will be following up in a timely manner and they always go above and beyond. They will send step-by-step guides to follow or set up a zoom all to go over my questions or assist me. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I am not sure if this exists, but it would be great if there were video tutorials on how to do the initial setup of systems or add in job codes, ...

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? How readily available TCP was to assist me and my clients with migrating from old on-Prem to the cloud. Made it a breeze! The training done via zoom call was outstanding. Props to you TCP! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Wow, what a question. I guess my biggest complaint with them would be how difficult it was to migrate our very old TCP instance. We had it running on a win7 vm! Talk about old! Recommendations to others ...

Payroll is a breeze now, and it cuts down on the amount of time to prepare. It is great to keep track of current employees and past.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Users have a very easy time using the hardware. The server software is easy to set up and maintain. Support is responsive, they will sometimes push you to purchase the software support even if it is likely a hardware issue, but they will work with you to diagnose the problem. Some system updates do give us a bit of trouble/glitches here and there. It would be nice to get an email with notifications of possible problems.
