"TimeClock Plus is a good system for tracking employee time."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The fingerprint reader lets us see exactly when employees are clocking in and out. It is also better than the old GT400. The GT400 required having a connection to a PC over the network. The fingerprint reader does not need this. The web clock features for clocking in and out are also really nice. It allows you to clock in and out without the GT400 or fingerprint reader, but still tracks your time correctly. This is ideal for users who are on ...

The help ability is very hard to manuever through, and if you do call the help line it is a long tedious process. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Support is very helpful when you place a call to them. I have been always been able to resolve my issues with tech support. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Haven't gotten any problems they are doing a great job. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Most recently inforcing employees not able to clock in earlier from their breaks. Did not realized that TC+ had that feature already in please.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Has lots of options for the way to use it. I can address most problems within 30 seconds, and the reports are great for running payroll. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I don't always know how to do something, but I have had pretty good results by calling for support. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It helps our Fire Department, keep track of all employees, Time and Vacation. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Using it for employee and supervisor approvals - TCP TimeClock Plus is quick and easy to use!"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Being able to switch between employee timesheets easily and quickly to approve or deny is great! It is also fast and efficient when filling out your time in the office. Also the mobile app works good too! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus?
