What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best feature of TCP is the flexibility in time recording whether it is using a stand alone, computer browser access or the mobile app. The results or records are in real time and if any exceptions need to be addressed this can be done by using any device. "Always very helpful if there is a problem but for the most part there are no problems"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Easy to follow - user-friendly for sure, Very simple not complicated What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? That's a hard question to answer. I don't think there is anything we dislike. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We have techs that work out in the field having an app that they can log in and out is great. They do not have to come into the office every day.

Downsides I think is there could be a few things added such as once a sub is chosen that person is taken out of the rotation completely, in other words, no one else can choose that person. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The integration via API with Oracle HCM is fantastic, and is fantastic the integration with Oracle Time and Labor via APIs as well. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? the application doesn't have the integration via API to get the schedules, it must be via txt file, it would be awesome if they develop this part. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Support is very helpful when you place a call to them. I have been always been able to resolve my issues with tech support. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Haven't gotten any problems they are doing a great job. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Most recently inforcing employees not able to clock in earlier from their breaks. Did not realized that TC+ had that feature already in please.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Tracking options for employee hours, time off use, and leave accruals. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Extensive training required to become efficient and effective at managing the software, and the cost of training seems awfully high. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Solves tracking employee clock-in/out and ensuring geolocation has employee at work site.

"Somewhat user friendly"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We moved from paper timesheets to TCP, so it was an adjustment. Overall it's an improvement over paper timesheets. I love that I can go in and approve payroll anytime, instead of waiting for the end of the pay period to have to collect timesheets. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? They updated the app (and discontinued the old app) right in the middle of summer - which is our busiest time. I think I still have employees who haven't ...

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Intuitive program and user friendly for the most part. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Sensitive to internet fluctuations. Errors show often to employees, but TCP took the information correctly. This causes employees to tell me that there was an issue and it didn't let them clock in, when in fact, TCP recorded the clock-in correctly.
