What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Mobile App and how easy it is to do the Timesheets. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The geofencing boundaries won't work well with low signal internet. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't called in with any problems recently.

I am able to track leave, have it approved online--even via phone, assign employees to their managers, and import leave days into our existing Personnel system with ease. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Employees being more responsible for their time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Leave is exported based on a set number of hours. It would be better if leave was exported on each individuals scheduled work hours per day. Currently, the procedure is to export the leave and convert those hours based on how many hours an individual is scheduled to work. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Easy to follow - user-friendly for sure, Very simple not complicated What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? That's a hard question to answer. I don't think there is anything we dislike. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We have techs that work out in the field having an app that they can log in and out is great. They do not have to come into the office every day.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The integration via API with Oracle HCM is fantastic, and is fantastic the integration with Oracle Time and Labor via APIs as well. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? the application doesn't have the integration via API to get the schedules, it must be via txt file, it would be awesome if they develop this part. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP as a whole is great in its ability to track employees, and when the app is working that is very convenient and easy. Their technical support staff has also been very friendly and helpful in try to resolve our issues. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There is absolutely no training available after implementation without you having to pay a significant additional amount. The best feature of TCP is the flexibility in time recording whether it is using a stand alone, computer browser access or the mobile app. The results or records are in real time and if any exceptions need to be addressed this can be done by using any device.
