What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I enjoy the fact that TCP is a hosted solution that doesn't require me to place it on one of my servers. TCP's uptime has been excellent, and their support team always takes care of my issues promptly. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The main issue I have with TCP is when they update their system, which causes problems with my current settings. When we run into an issue, more often than not, it is due to a recent update. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer Service, TCP is always quick to respond and always very helpful in resolving an issue. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some of the navigations from employees, unable to access Request manager when in Individual Hours or Employee profile. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the process of exporting the employee hours from TCP into our payroll software.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Friendly, prompt and thorough customer service. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some report generation issues, but workable still. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? They have additional programs available for employee communication, scheduling and training that meets our needs.

"Best software for all around application. Customizable and the shift trackability is a huge bonus."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Our company has a Union contract, and this software was able to customize to our unique demands. We have three shifts, and the 'Shift' trackability takes a lot of the guesswork out. The shifts automatically change without employees clocking out and back in if they continue to the next shift. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Easy process to clock in and out & reporting capabilities What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Can't say there is much that I dislike about the program. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? TCP allows an electronic process for clocking in and out and reports that I am able to pull to ensure all staff have approved their time and the proper reporting needed for submitting time to our payroll company.

No dislikes but there are a lot of things in the program that I don't use because I haven't taken the time to learn what it can do that I am not utilizing.
