"Have used TimeClock for over 20 Years!"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We are a large dental practice with 65 hourly employees. We have used TimeClock for over 20 years. Their technology stays up to date, the reporting is very user friendly and support staff are very knowledgeable. You can set perimeters for employees access to clocking in and out, and I use the employee demographic reports for several HR projects. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There is really not much to dislike, the program is very easy to use What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? solved our ability to account for our employees out in the field

"Great software with infinite capabilities."
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Once settings are established, it is easy to specify which settings are for which employees and easily, and effortlessly, add/modify employee profiles. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I wish the software had a direct link to customer service. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Offering multiple avenues to access the timeclock to meet all employee preferences.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The one-on-one training that our company has received from Tre Garvin. He has been accommodating in our transition over to TCP. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The lack of self-help materials. I would think there would be more up-to-date articles or self-help tips, but they are outdated. "Reliable software"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Support is fairly quick. Most of the software performs as expected and gives us the results we require to do our day-to-day operations and complete payroll in a timely manner. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There are some modules that we feel could be better but we would have to pay to have them implemented or wait a very long time for enhancements.
