"Amazing Program & I haven't Scratched the Surface"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We have our substitutes clock in & it makes it easy to track hours. Leave accruals & usage are also nice to have available as the app will allow you to view at any given moment What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We are able to upload the hours into our accounting software, however since we use Minutes to Hundredths of an Hour to calculate their time, the upload does not convert those hours so I don't use this feature. "TCP is a solid solution."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I enjoy the fact that TCP is a hosted solution that doesn't require me to place it on one of my servers. TCP's uptime has been excellent, and their support team always takes care of my issues promptly. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The main issue I have with TCP is when they update their system, which causes problems with my current settings. When we run into an issue, more often than not, it is due to a recent update. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Staying up to date with auto software updates. User friendly What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? No notification of updates/changes to software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to keep track of hours manually. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer Service, TCP is always quick to respond and always very helpful in resolving an issue. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some of the navigations from employees, unable to access Request manager when in Individual Hours or Employee profile. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the process of exporting the employee hours from TCP into our payroll software.

Nothing, it's excellent software—almost too many features. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking vacation time.

What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? They have additional programs available for employee communication, scheduling and training that meets our needs.

The timesheet is very easy to work around and edit.
