What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It's convenient that even if the system is down, the devices store it on the local machine. The UI is convenient, making finding whatever you're looking for easier. The Customer Service is amazing as well. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? No notification of updates/changes to software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to keep track of hours manually. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Customer Service, TCP is always quick to respond and always very helpful in resolving an issue. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some of the navigations from employees, unable to access Request manager when in Individual Hours or Employee profile. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the process of exporting the employee hours from TCP into our payroll software.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Support is fairly quick. Most of the software performs as expected and gives us the results we require to do our day-to-day operations and complete payroll in a timely manner. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There are some modules that we feel could be better but we would have to pay to have them implemented or wait a very long time for enhancements. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We are a large dental practice with 65 hourly employees. We have used TimeClock for over 20 years. Their technology stays up to date, the reporting is very user friendly and support staff are very knowledgeable. You can set perimeters for employees access to clocking in and out, and I use the employee demographic reports for several HR projects. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus?
