What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? You can use your finger to clock in and out. Makes it easy for all employees to get in and out fast. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The rapid response of customer service. However do not believe that number of calls is necessary but due to user issues. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP is not user friendly for either administration or employees. The number of small issues that became larger problems was a high volume. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like all the ways TCP is accessible to our staff, with the wall units, WebClock and MobileClock app. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I wish we could set up a 'workflow' to route approvals to different users depending on what job is being done. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to eliminate most of our paper timesheets by putting eligible jobs in TCP

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best part of time clock plus is the reports. If a supervisor wants to see a weekly hours report, it's there; if they want to know a location report, it's also there. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The only issue is hardware issues. I can help most of our users solve software issues, not hardware ones. I would want to see easier instructions for hardware problems. "Amazing Program & I haven't Scratched the Surface"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We have our substitutes clock in & it makes it easy to track hours. Leave accruals & usage are also nice to have available as the app will allow you to view at any given moment What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We are able to upload the hours into our accounting software, however since we use Minutes to Hundredths of an Hour to calculate their time, the upload does not convert those hours so I don't use this feature. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It's convenient that even if the system is down, the devices store it on the local machine. The UI is convenient, making finding whatever you're looking for easier. The Customer Service is amazing as well. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? One downside is that if the device goes offline entirely, it doesn't say what is offline. If the connection to the internet is fine, it would still act like it's offline, even after multiple ...
