What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Time tracking and accruals work very well. Easy to use for employees and managers. The best thing about TCP is the accrual forecasting. A lot of options and customization. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Scheduling doesn't work well for us, especially the swaps/drops section. Not that I dislike it, it is just that it is very strict with the rules applied, which is a good thing. I just need to get used to it. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Attendance and absences. It is very easy for us not to track those items

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP keeps track of my team's time and all the employee's time. It is easy to navigate. The report function is helpful at the end of every pay period. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? There are so many options for reporting and creating reports. The customizable dashboard was one of my favorites. I liked the excellent customer service we received whenever there was a challenge. They walked us through the situation and helped us receive a solution every time! What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The pending time off requests is nice. Staff can send their recommendations for time off. I love the dashboard where staff birthdays and anniversaries appear firsthand, so a staff member does not get accidentally forgotten (we celebrate these in the office). What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Does a great job of helping us track time and attendance. Really like the ability to set custom rules for rounding. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We switched from hosting on our own servers (on-premise V7) to the cloud V7. Cloud version has a few bugs that the on premise version did not have.
