What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The customer service is very friendly, helpful and patient. Always willing to help and take their time explaining any problems I have. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The pending time off requests is nice. Staff can send their recommendations for time off. I love the dashboard where staff birthdays and anniversaries appear firsthand, so a staff member does not get accidentally forgotten (we celebrate these in the office). Requesting support can be time-consuming, depending on the issue. Simple part requests need to be escalated and approved which adds on a day or two before it is resolved. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Time tracking and accruals work very well. Easy to use for employees and managers. The best thing about TCP is the accrual forecasting. A lot of options and customization. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Scheduling doesn't work well for us, especially the swaps/drops section.
