"Merges well with Netchex for manual labor"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It mergest well with Netchex which is our software program for payroll. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? You are very limited with reports and I wish they had a better report designer. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep track of time for employees at various locations.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Being able to schedule and restrict punches to specific hours. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Needing an admin log-in to override punches on a restricted punch (either early or late). Would be nice to have an override code that hourly managers could use that would push notifications to admin. "We like it for several of the things we were looking for."
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We like that if a time line is overlapping it will let you know in a couple of different ways. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is a little bit harder to import items for other software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving the overlapping problem we were having with the other software we were using.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is a very effecient system, and their support is top tier, they provide all of the solutions that our business could need. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Sometimes the machines need to be repaired. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? There are so many options for reporting and creating reports. The customizable dashboard was one of my favorites. I liked the excellent customer service we received whenever there was a challenge. They walked us through the situation and helped us receive a solution every time! What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? That is easy to understand and use. It is an effective tool for time management What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Not that I dislike it, it is just that it is very strict with the rules applied, which is a good thing. I just need to get used to it. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Attendance and absences. It is very easy for us not to track those items
