Some of the reports are lacking in options. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Our employees can clock in from all of our locations with ease. Administrators can remotely work within the scheduling system.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Many employees do not have a work email, and a fair amount don't even have a personal email. That said, it is not ideal to communicate with staff via their personal email. I love how I can create messages that go out to individual employees as they report to or leave work. Easy interface for both administrators and regular users. It works well with our ERP. The PTO request system works well. It handles recurring holidays properly. "Management is great, employee app & wall clock need work"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP makes time management for HR/Payroll extremely convenient and easy to use after the tutorial. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The app crashes often. The wall clocks sometimes disconnect from the network, losing punches. Customer service can be lacking or extremely delayed. Many customer service representatives are not very knowledgeable in regards to wall clocks and cannot offer effective assistance for the app. What problems ...

"I love TCP for tracking time and leave. I also love the support we get from TCP"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP has made my job of tracking leave time so much easier. It also has helped us manage our employees time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Sometimes there are minor issues syncing Visions to TCP (but there is always help available) What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Much easier to track leave. We used a paper system before that would get bogged down.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? There's lots of features and options available, yet the interface is intuitive and user friendly. Pairs well with their electronic time clocks.
