What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The flexible reporting options help me when I need to complete claims. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some of the initial set up was very complicated and took several tries to get right. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We have to submit reports to the state for Direct Case hours worked and the reporting options makes that very easy

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Many employees do not have a work email, and a fair amount don't even have a personal email. That said, it is not ideal to communicate with staff via their personal email. I love how I can create messages that go out to individual employees as they report to or leave work. You are very limited with reports and I wish they had a better report designer. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep track of time for employees at various locations.

"Management is great, employee app & wall clock need work"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP makes time management for HR/Payroll extremely convenient and easy to use after the tutorial. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The app crashes often. The wall clocks sometimes disconnect from the network, losing punches. Customer service can be lacking or extremely delayed.
