"Perfect"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have a very good support staff readily available. The transition went very smooth. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I can't think of any downside to using the software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to move away from the traditional timeclock. It also interfaces perfectly with our payroll system.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ability to edit and program things remotely make it easy to process employee punches. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The bio metrics are very tricky, we have trouble with it reading fingerprints and have had to change the imprint finger in order for it to work. The schedule is clunky and difficult to use. I put in a ticket almost a month ago for some tech support and still have not been contacted. What problems is TCP ...

"The Best All-Around Time Keeping Platform"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The most helpful thing about TCP is that the platform is incredibly customizable to any business's unique needs. TCP built a timekeeping structure specific to our company that is user-friendly, simple, yet efficient. On top of that, the customer service is incredible. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The system is very easy for employees to use, and for managers to edit and approve. Very user friendly when exporting into our payroll software. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We don't like employees to access from home, so putting the clock configurations in for every new user gets to be a lengthy task. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The staff was excellent at discussing with us how to fine-tune the various options to what we needed. It was terrific to have spoken conversations / Zoom calls during this setup process so we could immediately ask each other follow-up questions instead of emailing back and forth. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Hands down TCP is the most accessible software to work with by far. There is nothing hard about it. I love the dashboard; opening TCP and seeing who is out, in, missed a punch, or even who is about to hit overtime makes my job so much easier. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Takes everyones picture upon check-in/out. No one can cheat the clock that way. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love that customer service is very nice and respond quick. Functions are very easy to use. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I dislike that the hours for Employees display from 2021. I always have to change to current pay period. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is resolving paper time sheets and accurate times.

Administrators can remotely work within the scheduling system.
