What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ability to edit and program things remotely make it easy to process employee punches. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The bio metrics are very tricky, we have trouble with it reading fingerprints and have had to change the imprint finger in order for it to work. The schedule is clunky and difficult to use. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have a very good support staff readily available. The transition went very smooth. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I can't think of any downside to using the software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to move away from the traditional timeclock. It also interfaces perfectly with our payroll system.

"The best TIME ever!"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Hands down TCP is the most accessible software to work with by far. There is nothing hard about it. I love the dashboard; opening TCP and seeing who is out, in, missed a punch, or even who is about to hit overtime makes my job so much easier. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Very affordable time keeping system with Oracle HCM"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Their implementation team was great and on top of everything. The overall cost of licensing was significantly lower than other vendors we have used in the past. They are Oracle HCM partners which is why we chose them. The hardware was very easy to set up, almost plug and play across our organization. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Easy use for employees"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The system is very easy for employees to use, and for managers to edit and approve. Very user friendly when exporting into our payroll software. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We don't like employees to access from home, so putting the clock configurations in for every new user gets to be a lengthy task. "Easy to use"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love that customer service is very nice and respond quick. Functions are very easy to use. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I dislike that the hours for Employees display from 2021. I always have to change to current pay period. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is resolving paper time sheets and accurate times.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Takes everyones picture upon check-in/out. No one can cheat the clock that way. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Professional and easy to use"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ease of use and configuration on the devices. When there was a problem, tech support were very helpful. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The only problems were two faulty units out of the many we installed. These were quickly replaced. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Verifying when employees start and stop for the day.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The flexible reporting options help me when I need to complete claims. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Some of the initial set up was very complicated and took several tries to get right. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We have to submit reports to the state for Direct Case hours worked and the reporting options makes that very easy
