"Lots of good features with room for improvement"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Vacation processing is super slick in TCP. All peramiters are auto sorted and with the limits set is clear how many people can be approved for a given day and who should be denied. Another great feature is the easy viewing of schedules. "TCP Great Asset to our Company"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Being able to use TCP while in the field is great. We have employees that don't come stright to the office but their day does begin outside of the office, so for them to be able to clock in great. With that being said it is nice to be able to see where our employees are clocking in and out by the location indicator. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Time Clock Plus is very user-friendly, it is easy to track and monitor your employee's times and accruals. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nothing, it has been great since the day I started my business. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure employee's are on time and not going over their scheduled hours, tracking accruals.

"Has by far been one of my favorite products."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Extremely user-friendly. Does absolutely everything we need to function. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Doesn't talk to our payroll system but not a fault of TCP the payroll system is very old. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? None at the moment. It's running great and the issue I have needed help with was user error on my behalf.

In addition to the timekeeping functions, I can leverage the customs fields category to create, store, and pull reports for other pertinent employee information. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would like to see timestamp functionality on all field changes within the system. "Good software but lacks in Tech Support."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Employees have taken well to the app where they can view and manage their hours and requests in real time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We had an issue with ordering a new Rgt unit that took multiple calls and a months worth of time to get unit up and running. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It has stream lined the vacation request procedures for our facility.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I love that customer service is very nice and respond quick. Functions are very easy to use. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I dislike that the hours for Employees display from 2021. I always have to change to current pay period. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is resolving paper time sheets and accurate times.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have a very good support staff readily available. The transition went very smooth. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I can't think of any downside to using the software. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to move away from the traditional timeclock. It also interfaces perfectly with our payroll system.
