What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP keeps track of who's coming and going and when. We used to use timesheets and it was too easy to pad hours. There's no way with TCP and geofence! Can be cumberson in some areas but it just requires learning the intricacies that this powerful tool enables. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? No more old time clocks and ease of employees accessing records. Also enables download of hours into payroll software with a few clicks.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Time Clock Plus is very user-friendly, it is easy to track and monitor your employee's times and accruals. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nothing, it has been great since the day I started my business. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure employee's are on time and not going over their scheduled hours, tracking accruals.

In addition to the timekeeping functions, I can leverage the customs fields category to create, store, and pull reports for other pertinent employee information. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I would like to see timestamp functionality on all field changes within the system. "Has by far been one of my favorite products."

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Extremely user-friendly. Does absolutely everything we need to function. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Doesn't talk to our payroll system but not a fault of TCP the payroll system is very old. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? None at the moment. It's running great and the issue I have needed help with was user error on my behalf.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Employees have taken well to the app where they can view and manage their hours and requests in real time. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? We had an issue with ordering a new Rgt unit that took multiple calls and a months worth of time to get unit up and running. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It has stream lined the vacation request procedures for our facility.

"Professional and easy to use"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ease of use and configuration on the devices. When there was a problem, tech support were very helpful. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The only problems were two faulty units out of the many we installed. These were quickly replaced. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Verifying when employees start and stop for the day.

"Very affordable time keeping system with Oracle HCM"

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Their implementation team was great and on top of everything. The overall cost of licensing was significantly lower than other vendors we have used in the past. They are Oracle HCM partners which is why we chose them. The hardware was very easy to set up, almost plug and play across our organization. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus?
